If you own a share of the freehold there will be some sort of management company looking after the houses in the same situation. For example I have share of freehold and there's 13 houses in the developement with a management company looking after all the interests. As a share of freehold you will own your share of this management company which will be registered at Companies House. Your first stop should be your management company to see if they can give you a copy or if not, if you can get a copy from Companies House.
