Make it personal. An hour glass thanking her for the time you spend together. Create a fragrance (you can find stores that do this at most malls) just for her. Write her a letter expressing your love, tie it up in ribbon and place it in a beautiful box that will allow your love letter collection to grow.
Keep it simple and sweet. If you stop and think about it, the perfect gift will come to you. She's lucky to have you!

I think you should give her something that she can keep for a life time, like a photo frame with both of you having a great time together or even a photo album. that she can store the best staps on xmas day with her family and friends and put it into the album =)
or give her a braclet with her name on it, she will surly love it

Scan a cool photo of her on your pc, then use a PC drawing program (I use Paintbrush because I am a complete amatuer) to paint colours over the photo to create a pop-art style comic picture of her, then get a printer to mount it and frame it.

why not try getting her something a bit diffrent like um a photo of you in a plane frame that you can decorate yourself with things that remind of each other she should love it (no matter what yougether shes your friend she'll like it anyway as your her friend)
