You have to create a Hyperlink for that.

Ex: Where can I find Telugu news paper on Internet?

if you click on Telugu news paper, it takes you to EENADU site.

Just type the link and press enter, you ll get the underline in blue color and it becomes a link. Try this in Ms word and you can copy paste it anywhere. It will act as a link

for example :

Instead of yahoo.com , use http://www.yahoo.com instead
