If you had to explain wow to a group of people who have never played, what would you talk about in 5 min?

Im doing a speech and am trying to make an outline. Also, any ideas for a creative intro or conclusion? :)

I would talk about Guilds and the cooperative nature of guilds in raiding... also I would definatly mention the roles each different class plays in fighting. For a creative intro setup a scenerio on and do a short narrative. perhaps one of the more popular raid bosses.
