invitro fertilization. My girlfriend did it and has twin daughters. It cost $10, 000 dollars an implant.

IVF - is really the only chance you have.....where they dose you up with hormones enabling you to produce more eggs than normal (between 4 - 15) then they extract them, artificially inseminate them and when they start to divide into cells, they select 2 or three and implant them. It can be an emotional rollercoaster ride, but if successful...worthwhile in the end. Good luck!

Go see your doc and get them fixed! IVF is very expensive and difficult. You can still get pregnant naturally if you have this procedure done.

Hi there - Well firstly, you need to get them un-blocked!! You could have a Laparoscopy done to treat it but perhaps there is an underlying problem? Best to contact your Gynae. Another option would be to have IVF done but it is very costly and your chances of falling preganant per cycle or only 30-40%. Thats a fact - I asked my gynae! xx
