The news doesnt glorize violence over there as much as in the states. Thus they seem to be more relaxed, feel more secure, and have a more positive mindset.
The healthcare too.

Why not? its clean here, we have relatively cheap health care, people are basically friendly, and you don't have to worry about getting shot on your front doorstep( unless you owe one of the imported street gangs drug money)
