your queston is not clear.try downloading again(the file may be corrupted one) using any download manager.or the file may not contain any video part(just cheeting).

May be the video uploading is not proper. The video file may be corrupted. Also check if you have the required video software to play it. Even if you have the software to play the video versions problems may also cause the trouble you're speaking of. You can update you software free of cost on the net.

U can't see the video cos of the format that it was sent in. This could be becos you don't have a Video Player that is compatible with the format of the video. I would suggest you download a couple of other video players and use them to open this video:

After you have downloaded and installed these files, right click on the video file and select "Open wtih". Then you can try to open with either of these video players from the list available. One of them is bound to be helpful.

video codec problems...
If the format of the file is Audio Video Interleave (.avi) to know what video codec you need to play the video, just simply download GSpot.

Sounds like the attachment is corrupted. Ask the sender to check it works for them, then send it again.
