No you will not go blind if you masturbate. And yes there are benifits to masturbation, besides the obvious, it feels good. For a man, masturbating will reduce the risk of prostate cancer, it will allow him to go for longer periods of time when he has sex and many more. For a woman, it allows her to know her own body and allows her to know what she likes and what makes her feel good.

You don't go blind during the actual process, and there is little evidence that blindness is a long term consequence. The benefits are that you are more relaxed, and have at least taken some exercise, although more is likely to be needed.

NO its not true if you masturbate that you will go blind... there are sever benefits in masturbating....here's just a few .. it can defiantly release alot of pressure off of you .... you can feel more at ease sleeping at night doing that its perfectly natural...Just try it out on or with a yourself or some one special in your life...what ever will work for you.....

Well if it were true most of the population would be blind!!! As for benefits I guess you feel a lot more content after doing it so there is one!!!

I'd assume that you would only go blind if your hand slips and you poke yourself in the eye. Seriously, there is no truth to this wives tale and it's usually told to young folks to keep them from plundering their nether regions. And as far as are there any benefits, well, I guess, no one knows how you want it more than you do.

Its has nothing to do with blindness. Actually, normall male ejaculation can lead to a health prostate in the future.

I am not blind but I have to have cataract surgery next month. Don't know if was masturbation but I have done a lot of it. I am also losing my teeth and not hearing too good.
Can still please a woman in bed though. even though I have erection disfunction. Maybe it was caused by masturbation.

I would have answered sooner but I couldn't find my glasses. Don't believe all the rumors about the bad effects that masturbation has. It is a natural tension reliever.

no you don't go blind. the main benefit is that you don't get sexually transmitted diseases. the shrinks say there is a place for it, but you need to also get into normal relationships- it's part of growing up.
