Its no wonder that they get so hyperactive especially when these actors constantly say ' i cant hear you!!' during audience interactions, causing the children to shout back at deafening volumes

It pumps up their adrenaline, heightens all their senses as their body is getting getting prepared by primordial response to "fight or flee", and it makes the experience more memorable than it would otherwise be and make it seem like it was more exciting than it likely was.

Which do you remember more easily and more fondly, watching golf tournament on (unless you are a die-hard fan), or a football game where you and your friends are yelling and screaming?

Screaming is good for kids. It gets out anger and frustration they may be feeling and leaves them feeling happy but tired.
I'd rather have a screaming kid on TV than in real life, I can always control the volume.

They do it i suppose to get out all there aggression,once the party is over the kid comes back that tired form all the excitement they flake out , so your left in piece make sence?

Because children love to scream. It's not like they'd say "Lets have fun! but be quiet.."

They scream in fun, not terror. It's all harmless really.
