Hello everyone, I took a own brand pregnancy test this morning and it showed a very faint line within the time frame. 45 minutes later the result is stronger on the test does this mean I am definately pregnant or does this just happen when the test dries??? Thanks.

My advice, since mine did the same stupid thing, is buy like EPT with the pack that has three or two tests in it. Pee on it first thing in the morning and do the second one about an hour later. Give it only ten min. If the line is faint, or dark, or there at all, chances are your pregnant.

It is likely you are pregnant - these tests are extremely sensitive. Take another in a couple of days, just to confirm.

my doctor said that false positives are pretty much unheard of. its false negatives you have to worry about, because you may not have enough of the hormone for it to detect yet. also, they make tests that just either say the actual word "pregnant" or "not pregnant" fork out a couple extra bucks and get one.
