I'm sorry this happened, your car is pretty much dead, you'll need to get another one. Whenever this happens, it ruins the whole engine, hoses, wires, everything, it burned inside.
Look for other means

The electrical system may be fried. Lightening will have overloaded the wiring and shorted out compononets.

Will the starter at least turn over the engine? If so your elctronic ignition module is probably fried. You can take it to an auto parts store and they can check it for you.

Nope, lightning usually destroys the entire electrical system.
If the car is fuel injected my guess is the computer and perhaps all the sensors are toast.

You're ECU will be fried.
Claim on your insurance. They'll write it off and you'll get a nice shiney new one.

Start off by checking out your fuse bank........ That's the first thing to go. Then it gets worse .....
