There's a lot of debate on this.

I would personally say wind, water, and solar. For the time being, these aren't going anywhere and should be around for a long time, and require no effort by us to regenerate.

Solar / Wind / Geothermal The Problem with Water Power is that a River might Dry up, and with Ocean Wave Power, Sea Life could be adversely affected. As for Wind Power interfering with Birds flying into the Spinning Blades, it is now possible to erect Guards over the Structure that will still allow a Free Flow of Wind without injuring Birds. These Three Sources of Energy will always be Present, and Abundant.

cow flatulence, 20th century garbage dump mining (ok that's a non-renewable source but they'll get what they can out of it 50 years from now) and organic compost.
hemp and soy will also be much more utilized than they are now.
solar power is going places. hydroelectric dams combined with water purification and desalinization will make their investors rich.
