looks wise and performance wise i think discover is any time better

Of course the Discover is more performance oriented than the splendour. The Discover has more power and is just as fuel efficient as the Herohonda. Both the 125 cc bikes have 4 speed gearboxes, but the Bajaj is more powerful.
super splendor - 9 bhp,
discover dtsi - 11.5 bhp,
The Discover and Super Splendour manage around 55kmpl in the city and 65+ on the highway

Bajaj has established itself with the pulsar dtsi engine. DTSI engine is much better in terms of power and mileage. So i would say that discover is much better as compared to hero honda
also look at the specifics
super splendor -> 125 cc, 9 bhp, 4 gears and an average of around 50-55 kpl in city
discover dtsi -> 125 cc, 11.5 bhp, 4 gears and an average of 50-55 kpl in city
Since the bhp rating is high, more power is being extracted from the engine which means the engine is much more efficient.
Discover is much better as compared to splendor.

according to me, both r good bikes. each has its own good features.
Discover has a good muscular style, with mag wheels, a mileage of about 60kmph.it costs somewhere about 46k.
Splendour on the other hand is a very delicate bike if i can say coz it requires very good maintenance.
it also has some good featues like a reasonable styling, good mileage of about 65kmph. if u promise to keep neat & clean, maintain it ., it gives the performane u expect. but one of my friend owns one which he bought about a year ago, after a few months there is some sort of problem with the 1st gear. it costs about 49000/- in the market today.
If ur a person below 25yrs looking for power and performance i think go for Bajaj Discover.

Hero Honda is the better performance.It gives millage more than 65p/l.It is good to riding.
The style is also very nice.
