I admire your love for your daughter and I understand that you want to protect her but this scenario could backfire big time.

Dude...tough question. I don't know your daughter and how strong of a person she is. If you believe in her...let her go trusting in her knowledge/values, etc. Otherwise, take her aside and have some serious words (nor harsh, serious) with her on how young men can be.
If you are not comfortable, have her mother (assuming she is around....hey, this a HUGE online community) talk to her about birth control. As a father, I know you don't want to bring it up but think about it!!! You were young once!!
Not knowing where you are, I would wait until you get a sense of who she is hanging out with before butting in. Premature action can cause more harm then good at the age I think she is.
In other words, be a good attentive father and all will turn out OK. Be strong and when in doubt, trust in her instincts (unless you have PROOF to trust otherwise)
BTW, grabbing ugliest (and biggest) guy.......ok, just think about this one for a bit.

No, your daughter would really be better off learning from her own mistakes. Tell her you love her and you'll always be there for her, no matter what. Besides, she may not go for that guy anyway, what's most popular is not always what's desired.

Only if you are tough enough that you look like you could do it, my dad looks too clean cut and nice, the tough guy wouldn't buy it. might also consider that that would scare ALL the guys away from your daughter, who might later hate you for that.
