If you speak Russian language well enough, I guess it's possible. Russians don't really have a homogeneous culture anymore. Some are really traditional, some are very Westernized...

i don't think you can pass for a Russian, the language is too difficult. Besides, Russians are all simple, and you have a weird thinking, you will always look like the one who doesn't belong
