hello - oooo this is a tricky one.
I would have to say mix it up in a bowl and feed it to your baby that way. besides being able to choke if you feed it through a bottle, your baby needs to learn to feed properly as he or she gets older - its part of growing up. gee, Im not sure if this helps but thats what I did with my three little ones. Then again, whatever you are more comfortable with, I dont think one is more right than the other xx

Baby's need to learn the difference between liquid and solids. I mix rice cereal and some formula and give it with and infant spoon, from a bowl that is. It was a mess at first, but after about 5 weeks my daughter is almost keeping the whole spoonful in her mouth and not spitting it all out. I love feeding her now. Good luck.

In a bowl and fed with a spoon. Apparently babies can choke on cereal in a bottle, plus they're so cute eating!
I usually mixed in some formula powder and water, that's probably not the ideal way.

In a bowl... 1 table spoon of cereal a few dribbles of formula (breastmilk, juice, water) to make it the right consistancy... Use a rubber coated infant spoon to feed then as it is softer on gums and possible teeth...

I added it to their bottles. I know the Pediatricians tell you not to, but the Lil suckers will suck down bottle after bottle of formula trying to get full. And every mom I know except the ones that are raising the future Norman Bates (the over bearing don't touch my child unless you re sterile and wear a Dr's. mask type) all did and do too. I think pediatricians have a hard time comprehending money issues and the price of formula.

bottle, i put about a teaspoon or so in there and let them drink it at night to start. i never mixed it with formula and all that in a bowl since my 1st daughter, i guess i was lazy and hated to do it, but i just buy the jars of cereal with the fruit in it. Good luck!

I always mixed rice cereal in the bottle with formula so you could keep it diluted enough that the baby could suck it through a nipple. Playtex makes cereal bottles they are the ones with the finger plunger in the bottom
