only if you have legal permanent guardianship. But I wouldnt if the want to mess their life up then let them wait until they can blame only theirselves. I dont think its ever a good idea to sign for someone to get married. If they want to get married they should be old enough to make that decision and carry threw with it on their own.

Only if the adult is the biological or court appointed (adoptive) parent or a legal guardian. Also, if the minor is emancipated, they may be able to marry without parental consent.

If you are the LEGAL COURT APPOINTED guardian of this minor. Otherwise, I dont think so.
