The "pull out...everytime" is the risk. Even sharpshooters miss at times, and even a blink man can hit a bullseye if he shoots in the general direction of the target enough times.

yes you can get pregnant.... my bf pulled out everytime... and I became pregnant. and I am the mother of a wonderful 12 year old... so yes pre *** can get a girl pregnant....
if you do not want to use birth control. then practice safe sex.... by having oral sex or anal sex.

Yes, you can still get a girl pregnant. If you pull out "correctly" every time you have sex, it is 96% effective.
If you really don't want to get a girl pregnant, DON'T use the "pull and pray" -- use a condom.

Not sure what percentage is but I know it is certainly possible. Even if it is mostly water it is not all water and all it takes is one sperm to do the job.
