Yes.... Thrush is a yeast infection in the mouth and is contagious... Take all three to the dr and get them all treated at once even if they are not all showing signs... If not you will play thrush go round for months as they pass it amongst themselves...
Treatment usually takes a few days be sure to boil all bottles, nipples and rings until you have the thrush undrer control... Getting some lysol type sanitizing spray and giving all the toys a once over nightly would also help them from passing it around...

I learned the hard way that thrush is contagious. One of my twins developed it at age 2 months due to having been on antibiotics from surgery. Little did I know he had thrush... well sister was fed from his bottle only a couple of times until she developed it as well. Be sure to boil your 2 month olds bottle nipples and pacis once a day to help destroy the fungus. My twins were put on Nystatin for it (anti fungal med) and it took several weeks for it to fully disappear.
What a blessing to have 3 grandchildren so close in age! Enjoy!

it is very contagious! if it looks like "clabered milk" but won't wipe off,it is thrush, the baby needs to go to the doctor before it gets into his throat etc. I would think the 2 month old probably got it from one of the older kids since the older ones have more access to the things that would cause thrush and by getting his bottle and pacifier probably passed it on to the baby!
