We have been married for 9 years and it was a really good marriage for the first 5-7 the last couple have been so terrible that I felt seperation might give us both a chance to regroup and let things settle down, he left five days ago and it has been a lonely sad time. I cry every night and think about him and what we can do to fix this or end it so life can go on and things feel better. He is going to think about it and I agreed whole heartedly with what ever the final choice would be, I think I will take a couple of weeks to get my head together and think with unclouded bias or interjections. What would you do to get the process rolling without being pushy or overbearing? The waiting is the hardest part at night the most!

You have to do something for you, to work out what you really want. I suggest counselling. I did and it worked wonders for me and helped me get to the centre of what I really wanted to do.
