DNA can be found in the circular chromosome, or in small vectors called plasmids. Plasmids are small pieces of circular DNA that give some bacteria their resistance to antibiotics. It can be passed via conjugation, and can incorporate in to the bacterium's DNA.

Thats an odd question- I assume they mean the two sources of DNA- which would be the "chromosome" and plasmids. Though bacterial chromosomes are not true chromosomes.

The nucleoid region if they're prokaryotic and in the cytoplasm.
