No one can answer correctly without the name of your browser
for firefox which is what i use go to tools>options> and clcik enable javascript

Go to "View | Internet Options..." from the main menu
Change to the "Security" tab
Select "Custom" and click on the "Settings..." button
To enable: make sure "Enable" is selected under "Active scripting"
Restart the browser

i believe you are talking about java for internet explorer.
then Control Panel - Internet Options - Advanced tab scroll down ...look for Java. enabling will require restart.
