I went to Harvard Business School to do my MBA. The year I went, the admission requirements were as follows
1. A Miimumum GPA of 3.0 in the last two years of the undergraduate program
2. Three letters of reference showing exceptional aptitude
3. GRE scores

The average GPA that was acceptred in my year was 3.92, and the average GRE scores were 2100 (760 M, 650V, 690A)

By the way, I now work with a large multi-national pharmaceutical company and right after I received my MBA worked in Japan.
