I ever read some articles saying that if we want to have vitanins from veg & fruit, it's recommended to eat fresh ? some say veg & juice should not be leave on the table for more than 15 mins since vitamins would have gone?
if it's true, then another choice is vitamin supplement?
real veg & fruits are truely made in from of small tablets?
how to make sure that vitamin supplement is really from nature?
since the price of vitamin supplement is quite high in the market.
