my hp is messed up so i need the disks to reprogram it

You explanation is very vague, so I can't give you too much help here.

If you mean repair your PC:


Call HP Tech support 1-800-474-6831 and have them send you a Recovery Console CD to repair your system. This disk is free of charge.

If you mean you want to reformat your HDD and bring the HP system back to the factory settings, then...

You need the set of 7-16 disk set of System Recovery disks, call HP Tech Support - you will have to pay around $25.00 give or take a few dollars.

I had the same problem and got my disks through the telephone helpline. I got the number of the Packard Bell website, but the 3 discs cost me over 50 pounds. Just go to the packard bell website, create an account and follow the support links

There could be only two easy options to it; Call tech support or visit hp website.

You should have gotten installation or restore discs with the computer when you bought it. If not, go back to the store.
