laundromats have alot of heat and chemicals going through them so there is a good chance it was an accident.
however if the business was struggling, there is achance that it was arson. Did the business appear to be going down the tube. oftern, owners will torch a business that is in trouble and collect on the proceeds. this is highly illegal, insurance fraudd, etc.
