Hairspray, nearly any brand, will work miracles. It somehow lifts and breaks up the ink itself. Wipe and rub with a clean cloth. You may let it sit for a few moments to let it work, and repeat as neccesary.
Good luck!

NO!!! hair spray it's sticky and will set the stain in leather. Anything you try will discolor the leather. I'd call a Fabrion leather tech to come and clean and dye it. They are the people that fix leather seats for dealerships when there is a warranty issue. Oldest leahter repair business in the country so they know what their doing! and it's not expensive.

It's pretty difficult, but try some sort of solvent. There's a product called Acrysolve that works well. Ink... what a nightmare. Consider having that touched up by a leather repairman.

Visit http://www.queenofclean.com she is very good when it comes to that kind of thing.. She always says keep a bottle of Club Soda on hand. Club Soda works well with a lot of things so you might try that..
She also has a show on the "Do It Yourself DIY channel.. Talking Dirty With The Queen Of Clean, airs Monday-Friday at 9:30 a.m. EST.
If you live in Arizona, you can see her every Tuesday morning on NewsChannel 3's popular "Good Morning Arizona!" Not only does she do a demo segement she also takes viewers' calls live on the air. Her segments generally hit between 7:30 a.m. and 9 a.m. If you want to talk dirty to her, but can't get through during "GMAZ," She also takes calls when she on the radio with Beth and Bill on KEZ 99.9. she is on the third Thursday of every month. 602-260-0999.
Hope that helps.
