I will see any movie that John Cusack is in just because he's in it. that's good enough for me and it's a strategy that never fails. I've been following this strategy since he made "Better Off Dead" in 1985.
Being a heterosexual male I can't say that it's a falling in love thing but someone at a party once asked me which Hollywood personality I would most like to have as my next door neighbour. I knew my answer right away and of course it was John Cusack. Since then I've thought several times that it WOULD be really nice to have that guy as my neighbour. We could hang out in the yard on summer days, borrow tools and cooking supplies. If I asked him to look after my cat when I was out of town I'm sure he'd be very responsible about it and treat my cat well. Yup, John Cusack sure would be a great neighbour.
And to my Yahoo answers neighbour Just Dennis, the Grifters and Bullets Over Broadway are two of Mr Cusacks FINEST movies. You should try watching them again, you will see the light.

I have to say that I adore John Cusack's movies. He isn't bad either. I really have to say that I haven't seen a movie of his that I didn't like, although there are a few that I haven't seen yet. It would be really hard to pick a favorite. I also hear that he is a great guy in person. I've seen a few interviews with him and he seems nice.

I briefly exchanged words with John Cusack years ago outside a club in West Hollywood. Decent guy.
His good pics include Must Love Dogs, Serendipity, Say Anything, and the Sure Thing, and these movies make me go "yea"
Bad pics include The Grifters and Bullets Over Broadway, and these movies make me go "blah"

My friends and I were hosting a party one time and trying to make everyone comfortable, talking to people we just met, offering drinks, trying to be nice, and a girl I just met looked over to her friend and said,"Do you know who he reminds me of? Lloyd Dobbler."
It's still one of the greatest compliments I have ever received.
