well, it has no flour added to it.. would that make it any better? the ingredient is : organic whole wheat with germs(?) and salt

You might get fat if you eat a lot of anything. I know there are some veggies which require more calories to digest than they have in them. But variety is the spice of life.
Look for the fiber content in bread. 2 is good, 4 is really good.

It is a possibility. Any food eaten in excess, can cause weight gain. And Bread is a starch.

Eating alot of bread more than normal wouldnt be good unless you have good fast metabolism.

wholemeal bread is good alright...
but not too much honey...
coz they're carbo anyway...juz tht they have more fibre...
