Me too, I don't wanna sleep either. Did it last night and paid for it. Falling asleep at work stinks.
I'll take this as my cue to say, good night all, have fun!

yup, can't sleep. Made some iced tea, thought I'd come on here for a bit. Tried reading. Am listening to taped tv shows from the evening while on here. Will try reading again soon - hope the eyes get tired. Hate insomnia. see ya.

Yup. Hard to sleep when someone is snoring up a storm in your bed. Sigh... love her to death, but. Can't do anything about it, it's Traz. And what sucks is that I won't be able to sleep in the other rooms because I am so used to having her next to me! Waaaa.

i grow to be having alot of rigidity earlier snoozing and could not doze off. Had many many sleepless nights. i grow to be only fidgeting with this gadget one afternoon and had to take heed to the means Nap music. next undertaking I knew i grow to be waking up! Fell good asleep devoid of attempting. After making use of the Fall Asleep music, i could doze off good away. yet i did not comprehend that I should not be making use of that one all night. Switched to entire night and function been making use of it ever considering. i'm able to bypass to sleep with ease now. I only lay and hear the sounds and next undertaking i be attentive to i'm waking up from a stunning sleep. i don't be afflicted by loss of sleep anymore. I shop an IPod with earbuds next to my mattress and take it continually whilst traveling. The earbuds help block out ambient noise and the sleep tracks shop me snoozing sound :) Reboot your thoughts & sleep soundly lower back?

Yeah. It's a little after midnight here and I can't stop yawning, but I don't want to go to bed yet because I know I won't be able to sleep anyway.

This only happens to me if I have caffeine about 1 to 3 hours before I try to go to bed, if I do I lay in bed tossing and turning for a long time, it took me a long time to realize what was causing it, and tonight I had caffeine =)
