first of all, do you have any experience, or are you just wanting to work there to get the experience. if its the latter, you're out of luck. they hire people with a lot of experince. if not, go to the store you want to work at, buy a mascara or eyeliner and ask the clerk about job. always works.

i'd stick to for the pastime considering you have journey. i'm uncertain precisely how lots they get, yet you will get minimum salary + plus fee in case you paintings on the counter in nordstroms. i'd shoot for an apprenticeship with a professional makeup artist so which you would be able to get journey and probable get a job as a makeup artist comprehensive time! solid luck!!!

you need to have degrees in in cosmetology, and face skin care..plus you need to have a resume of places that you have worked...mostly college grads get the jobs....you will need to know many things...like shading,fading,Spackle,3-D image. Flaw repair, there are many things you would need to know..Just call the head quarters and ask for their human resources...they will fill you in...it's tough to get in....even girls at the Es tee Lauder counter...has to have a make up or skin...back ground
