I am looking for a place to start up a family blog site. My Space is NOT an option, please don't even suggest it.
I'd like it to be password protected and I'd like it to be something that everyone in my family can have easy access to, but no one else. I don't even want it visible to the rest of the world. It's not necessary, but it would be nice if we could do polls and post pictures there, too.
Any suggestions?
(I thought about Yahoo 360, but it doesn't seem like it is set up for team blogging, unless we were to just create a new "family" email address???)

y dont u try www.bloggers.com. its beta version contains all features u have requested for and also u jus need a google account to login for the same.

i think of that if the 1st names are actually not matchy in any respect, and the middle call has some kinda kin magnitude, or is the mum's maiden call or some thing like that, then it is cool. it is not some thing i might ever do, lol, i admire too many center names to try this, yet i do think of it would desire to be a stunning thought as long because of the fact the 1st names weren't matchy like u suggested. i think of it would paintings for the two male siblings and lady siblings and in all likelihood even one among each and every, if the call works for the two boys and girls. desire this helps, :D.

facebook is now starting to be open to ppl other than students...if all of your family get a facebook, then you can set the privacy to be only viewed by your "friends"-who are ppl you add (in your case your family). You can have a blog, leave messages to each other, post photos...it's amazin!!!

in yahoo 360 u can make ur blog private.so no others will have access to it..and u can send email invitation to ur family so that they can login into it..please not iam not so sure about his..but please check in the site for such an option.i believe its there.
