No, but a really great, cheap eyeliner is Rimmel soft kohl eyeliner. It's only 2 dollars at Walmart and works better than any I've ever had.

do u mean the sept. issue hang on let me check....................ok i'm soooooo sorry i can't find it but i read it before in the contents at the bottom and on all 17 mags. they do that with the gal on the cover......................good luck!!
