why do people keep shooting children in schools?

in the last week there have been two tragic school shootings, one in colorado, and now one in pennsylvania's amish country.
and last month there was one in montreal.
and in the last few years there have been several shootings at US high schools.
WHAT IS GOING ON?
What is wrong with american civilization that this keeps happening?

And do you want to know what each of these gunmen had in common? they were all white males! they are the true terrorist threat to America! how are we going to protect ourselves from these madmen?

American society as a whole has rejected any absolute notion of right and wrong, so this sort of violence is inevitable. There can be no absolute standard of right or wrong unless we embrace God as our source for ultimate truth, but we've got the absolute other direction. I'm not surprised such violence is going on in schools and in the rest of society, but it doesn't have to stay that way. If people would see that their lives are nothing but a dead end at the grave except for God's purpose in our lives, maybe we could salvage something out of the mess we're in.


Sailcat64, we can ban all the stuff we want, but that won't change people's hearts. Look at Prohibition in the U.S. back in the 1920s. It was an abject failure. It was against the law to manufacture or sell alcoholic beverages, but that didn't stop people. Changing hearts last so much longer than changing laws.

That's the kind of question that comes to mind. They said that the blacks or other minorities such as the latinos commit a lot of crimes. This might be true as the majority of the prison population are blacks, and latinos. But the crimes, they commit are simple. Maybe robbery, burglary, petty theft, domestic violence,, fights, etc. Not that I'm condoning the severity of their crimes. But if the crimes is on a larger scale and more heinous. These crimes are attributed to the white males.

I can not understand the rationale behind these shootings in schools. Probably, because they want it to be more sensational. create more impact, and stir up public outcry. Is it because schools are more populated? Is it because it's a question of power to go after innocent, helpless children? But maybe, these sociopathic tendencies are more common among the caucasian whites. Do these crimes require more strategy and intelligence? Look at serial killers. Most if not all of them are white. Gacy, Dahmer, Son of Man etc. If it requires more ingenuity or psychosis or aberrant behavior, it has to be the white.

The only way to avoid this would be thru better laws on gun control,and better education,Why are assault weapons made available to the public. It's easy to obtain a gun. In the south, practically every household has a shotgun. How come in other countries like Japan only the police have guns.? That's why, there are less crimes. And even if the lawmakers or the power that there be, says stricter laws and punishment won't deter crimes. It sure won't hurt. For one, the death sentence should be reinstated and enforce for crimes of this magnitude to avoid copycatters.

Then the criminals complain about the violation of their civil rights to bear arms,etc. The day that person kills somebody with a complete disregard for human life. It should be the same time that person gives up any claim to his civil rights. He shouldn't be treated with any compassion and respect. He should be treated in the same manner as he treated his victims.;
Of course, our justice system has to be revamped to. From scrupulous judges and jury members. And why are lay men considered to be expert in the law. The judges and lawyers went to school so why entrust the interpretation of the law to 12 ordinary citizens.

Honestly, I've been looking for this question and finally I found it! Thanks to you! Back to your question, this is something that most people did not realize. Sorry to say but the Whites especially American are barbaric and violent by nature. They invade people's land and claim their own. They attack other people and also their people. This is not the first time of this incident happen. It had happened before few years back. They still didn't realise that they are actually the terrorist! But why when this thing happen, I can only find 1 question relating to this issue but when there's a Muslim attack, wow! you can see TONS of questions ask and curse the Muslim by calling them terrorist and what not. Wake up people! The world has become more sick everyday caused by those kind of people.

p.s: Forgive me if I sound racist, but that's the fact everyone has to face!

There are alot of people in this world that have serious issues and cause a threat to society. It's impossible to distinguish these people from the rest of society. They blend in.

They are definetly pose a threat to society but not the greatest one.

To combat this they need to take steps to protect the children, increase security measures.

These people are sick and I believe that their family members know them better than anyone and this has been a problem. I think the 1st sign of unusual behavior the should report it because they are on their way to hurting somebody or many and they need some medicine or institutionalized.
