First off, what is this 4.7L firebird engine you speak off? I'm not familiar with it, I could be mistaken. They only made it with a 3L, a 4.3L, and a 5.7L.
Anyways, I am assuming you mean putting a Firebird engine into your Acura 3.2TL, correct? If so, no way. First off, no transmission would work. Your Acura is FWD, the Firebird is RWD, you would some seirous custom tranny mounts and an array of custom driveshafts. You could convert the Acura to RWD, but that would mean a whole-new rearend, new suspension, new rear arms and links, and probably notching the frame.
Now if you mean an Acura 3.2L V6 into a Firebird, then you might be able to do it. Turn the Acura engine 90-degrees so the output is aimed towards the rear, get some custom tranny and engine mounts, a custom driveshaft, and you might be able to pull it off. Otherwise, this is a pretty risky swap and overall not worth it in my opionion.

A 327 might fee a million/2 of what you paid for the truck. i myself have a 2.2 S10 and that i will admit, hella sluggish. dropping engines is an extremely complicated activity, the main complicated ingredient to do on a vehicle and perhaps the main complicated ingredient ever to do. possibly could choose some professional help. could decrease gasoline mileage plenty if that has effects on you yet could make a brilliant horsepower and velocity enhance.

any engine swap is possible the problem is will it fit ,of course if you make it fit . motor mounts will need to be made. transmission adapters made. its the alignment and angle the engine sits on all need to be taken into account. in short, sell the 4.7 put the money into building the 3.2 and enjoy the results.
