I think that I'm still new in these things, I received an e-mail regarding working from home and entering data online. And I don't know what to do. Is it a scam ? would I be paying money for nothing ? would I ever hear from those people again ? are the companies they are promoting for real ? Can anyone without any experience in placing ads work in this business ? Thank you.

As a rule of thumb, treat all unsolicited emails as scam and spam. If a company asks you to pay for registering with them, then most likely than not, they are scamming you and the company is not legitimate.
