Men tell you what they want to do. Women tell you it is up to you to decide. Women don't mean that it is up to you to decide what to do, they mean it is up to you to decide what the woman wants to do and then that is the choice you should make.

it's too late the question will have to be studied under the conditions that white america is gone so the question is invalid, more like what are the court systems going to give white women next when the replacements are not English speakers

Of which culture and/or language? In Japan, there is a difference between "boku wa" and "watashi wa" when referring to oneself depending on gender designation (within the binary genders), etc. But, you didn't specify the language.
