I think Larry Birkhead seems more sincere & honest, you can see his pain.
Howard K. Stern is a druggie creep and a snake in the grass.
Anna Nicole should NOT have custody of that baby girl.
She's done screwed up one of her kids.
Hopefully Daniel is at peace now since he never seemed to get it here on earth or from is own "mother".
That B I T C H Anna Nicole needs to seriously be commited somewhere.

And I mean BEFORE Daniel's death, not since her so called period of "grieving".

Anna Nicole & Howard K. Stern both should loose IMMEDIATE custody of Dannie Lynn Hope until DNA testing is done.
Then I'm pretty sure Larry will be the father & will have no problem getting custody of his daughter.
It's pretty safe I'd think to speculate that DLH was born addicted to drugs, just look at Anna!

It was only a matter of time before this happened. Larry Birkhead, Anna Nicole Smith's ex-boyfriend and possible father of her baby girl, Dannie Lynn Hope, has filed a lawsuit demanding a paternity test be performed on the child.
Birkhead's lawyer Debra Opri told the AP that Birkhead filed the lawsuit because his attempts to communicate with Anna have been ignored.
"The access had been cut off about the time of the birth of the child," she said. Opri also told the AP that Birkhead also has other concerns in regards to the child, "There are concerns about the health and safety of the child," Opri said.

"These are things that will come out in court." Yeah, well I'm sure Howard K. Stern more or less challenging Birkhead to file a lawsuit during his recent appearance on Larry King didn't help things either.

Oooh, I have a feeling this is about to get very dirty. I heard on Good Day L.A. this morning that allegedly Birkhead wants custody of the baby if it's his and that he is also claiming that at one time Anna Nicole was taking Methadone (one of the drugs in the combo that killed Daniel) and that Stern was her hook up for it, alleeeedgedly of course!!!.
Yeah, something crazy like that which you know I will be looking for more info on today. I still feel bad for Anna Nicole and her loss and think it's horrible that on top of that, she has to deal with this lawsuit from Birkhead.

But saying that, this Birkhead guy got it in his head (he claims from Anna Nicole) that the baby is his. Seems that a lot of madness could have been avoided by just doing the paternity test instead of cutting off contact with the guy, no?

But of course, this is Hollywood, not to mention, Anna Nicole Smith we are talking about and where that is concerned, nothing is ever normal.

i do no longer think of they'll. She does not appear like she is in a position to marry back...and that i myself have faith the photographers tale so plenty better than his. Anna Nicole i'm afraid isn't too shiny yet she is familiar with to no longer marry for no reason...and actually i do no longer even think of they're courting will final. ~*V*~

I think Larry is. If Howard was she wouldn't have to rush to marry him. She wants him to be the father, so Larry can't ask for a DNA test.

I'm more worried about the foolishness of the mother who might refuse to tell the baby who his father is when he grows up.

Then again, does Anna really know who the father is? Maybe they need a DNA test to confirm who the father is.

don't know...I have read alot of slamming Anna Nicole statements recently...She is human like the rest of us. and fame and money and crazy behavior go hand in hand...Just feel bad her son died, she may not have it all together, but our kids are suppose to bury us, not the other way around....Hope she has a good life with her daughter...
