SPEED of darkness = ZERO
because it's actually darkness thats present everywhere
light needs speed to over come this darkness.As the light passes away from a place darkness is again there.It's like straightening Dog's tail by inserting tail into a hollow rod ,which remains straight till inserted into the rod and on removing regains original shape.
