Ur question is having incomplete details,u should have mentioned ur age and if ur periods r irregular or not. I will give u some points to think of, Periods may be delayed if:
u r under so much stress (sometimes it is the other way round), if u r not having a proper deit ,lost so much weight in a very short period of time , hyperthyroidism (when ur thyroid glad is overactive, it may affect ur period dates)
But u have mentioned that u have a back pain I guess u will be having period within a couple of days.
But the only way to be sure is through blood test.

u mean day 35th with out a period? So that means you've missed like 2 periods I guess. Well you should go to the doctor, I had a friend who took two tests that came out negative and she just new she was pregnant and she went to the doctor and found out she was. So it could have been the test you took was bad. Either way if you are missing your period you should go to the doctor. Could be other more serious problems that need to be looked into immediately.

If your period is like clockwork and ALWAYS predictable, then chances are yes. That said, stress, weight gain or loss, exercise, and a million other things can affect when u get ur period. Seriously, if the test says no, don't worry about it and go on with your life. If you don't get your period in the next couple weeks, then go to a clinic or OBY/GN just to see what's going on (better to be safe, even if you're not preg).

No i don't think you're pregnant because i suffered the same thing and went to a doctor.It's the problem of irregular periods which gets cured by taking birth control pills regularly, but do consult your Doc

the missed period is a big sign that you might be pregnant, it might just be to early to show up on a test. i had to take a blood test cause my urine was saying i wasn't pregnant either.
