Most gringos living in Mexico have some kind of Thanksgiving feast. Supermarkets have great frozen turkeys from Chile and produce, fruits and veggies, including giant pumpkins all are widely available in bigger cities, tequila for Margaritas and invite some Canadians in. Have fun, eh?

Decorate your place with Canadian flags, posters, pumpkins. If you can get a turkey or large chicken roast it. Make some stuffing with bread, celery onions, any kind of nuts and a couple of eggs. Season well and bake in a separate pan. Cook some vegetables in season and make mashed potatoes and gravy from the drippings after you skimmed off the fat. Bake a pumpkin pie. Lots of recipes on the internet. Invite all you Mexican friends and have a good time. Tell them about some Canadian customs. Bon appetit.
