Little boys + congress?!?

So today i heard something about how some congress man was exchanging e-mails with little boys...or something like that and it was on the news this past weekend does anyone know anything of this? and have any links to like news websites or something?

he was contacting teens who had served as pages at Washington DC., using inappropriate language, instant messaging I think.
