We can't change the world overnight??
What we can do is affect others around us or do the best we can do now. But you have a good point, we do get lazy and caught up in our own little world that we forget about issues that affect us all.
I think we should join clubs and campaigns that promote change. Basically, just get involved in whatever your passionate about. And do not become apathetic!
I'm voting this November 7, what about you?

Don't know about you, but my butt is staying firmly planted behind this computer. I've got blogs to update!
There simply isn't that much that is really affecting Americans now. You have two sides that are aired. Neither of which really represent the ideal of the populous. However, they get the time because they make for an interesting/entertaining debate.
I don't see us starting a coup. So, real politics will remain boring, & policies will continue to change slowly.

Gett of our butts and go to our local voting office during elections. It is the most effective way to make our voices heard and make them count for something. So get out there and vote America!!
