from what i can make out from your typing she is your mother in law but she isnt his your husbands mother i asked you to .im. me you did and thank you yes your husband has every right to tell his father and let the law handle her as well him to from what we chatted about folks this isnt no joke as to what she is typing she send me pictures .as to what they was doing and that silly boy recoreded him and this so called woman tell your husband to tell his dad after all she isnt his mom . and from what i heard i would not even call her much of nothing. my opion?fact...//

Yes, However That mens you also have rights to the child. You custody rights just as to the child just as much as she does. You need to ask for joint custody at best case you will get supervised custody in the first few months. You should go to a parenting class to learn how to care for a child. Take this serious. Don't allow time to stand still. If you miss two weeks or more visitation time than that could become the norm. The one thing that she may want to do is offer you to sign away your parental rights in liu of child support. Hmmmm... No can sign there parental rights away. So becareful. Anyway she and her husband will become tired of you always in the picture. Could be good for you. Just remember that you are the father and you have both obligations and rights.
