well u ask a good question and i thnk to be happy u have to make other happy. I know its tough but once u started doing this u will be happy from inside.
And second thing u ask that u don't want tension, its a part of life without it u can't succed in life but if u feel u have biggest tension then try to find out someone who have bigger tension than u and try to help him. I am dam sure u will forget ur tension or u will not feel that much tens as u did before

i hope u will try these things. But tell u one thing i am using all these thing for 2 years and i feel much more happy than i did before

Simple pa. If you think about the goodness of others, naturally you will be happy. Anyway for having a happy life without any tension , doing meditation early in the morning can be the best option. Becoz meditation keep ur mind calm and relaxed. Also, Be selective. I mean, choose the things that makes you happy and cooool, and allocate your precious time to spend with your beloved ones( your mom/dad/best friend/etc). U know!!! Its in your hand to have a happy and pleasant life and how much u r making others happy.

Just dnt think about ur negatives only think abt ur happiness.If u hav passed a life full of tensions and tears somewhere u must hav enjoyed good precious moments of ur life.. so whenever u hav tension baby forget it and cherish ur past moments full of happiness.. this is the only way to get rid of ur tensions.Once if u ll start thinking seriously abt ur negatives u believe me u ll suffer from many disease in early age .... believe so better cheer up and keep tensions at bay....

We are what we create!!!! You are currently searching for something better. You are currently searching for hapiness because I was searching for the same thing. You have to keep asking yourself questions about what you want in life. Write down on paper what you want. Write down the utimate career for yourself, write down 5 things you want to do before you die, write down the ultimate realationship with a significant other, write down what the ultimate house you would want to live in. Write down your most inner thoughts on what you want and be as detail oriented as possible. After you write them down, continue to read them from time to time. Tape it to your fridgerator and glance at it everytime you walk through the kitchen. Read it, trust it, believe it, and let it happen. I can guarantee you that it will come true if you want it bad enough. I love where you are headed because I am currently on the same path and it is amazing.

To be quit honest I dont think that is possible. Life is tension if you havent learned that then you should. You are always going to worry about something. Life is not perfect and should be treated as such.

FIRST OF ALL RELAX.THERE IS NO PERSON DEVOID OF TENSIONS IN THIS WORLD .WHAT THEY DO IS ADAPT TO SITUATIONS IN A WAY THAT WONT AFFECT THEIR PHYSICAL AND MENTAL HEALTH.AS FOR ME,I TEND TO LAUGH A LOT.AND BRING CHEER INTO MY HEART JUST BY SMILING.AND LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST,MEDITATION PLAYS A MORE IMPORTANT PART.
