Is there any other way to trace a missing wanted person without ...?

going through a lawyer of private investigator? I heard that there's a membership site that gives you the info just by keying in his full name and NRIC. Anyone with such lobang? Willing to pay a one-time $40 for the favour.

you could try contacting the salvation army..you can do it online...just type in missing persons salvation army..you should come up with the websit..they will find the person for you..and its all discreet to...good luck
