I just screamed and cried because I was in so much pain. Anyway, this was yesterday, and Im still in a lot of pain.. should I be worried about this? should I go to the doctor?
Please dont answer if you dont have any serious advice to give..

I would go and be checked just to be sure. You have no way of knowing if you damaged anything. You could have torn something and you do not want long term problems. Bowel problems are horrific. Always err on the side of caution when dealing with your health. We are only given one body.

*Chuckle* Don't worry, been there done that. You tore and you will probably notice a tiny bit of bleeding. Don't stress. They say with much practice your anus will "Stretch" and it won't be so painful after a while. After much experimenation with this, I havent found this to be true. I have pretty much out lawed this area to my hubby because it is far to painful to be pleasurable. When we were experimenting and trying to get used to it, I developed a .... sore, like thing. I guess it was kind of like a hemaroid. I know it sounds gross, I'm not proud *chuckle*. That went away in a few days, so if that happens to you to, again don't stress. Don't go to the doc for anything, it will all heal in a few days. From pain, to slight bleeding to a scary seeming extra flap of skin. My only other suggestion to you is if you decide this isn't your area of interest and your boi doesn't respect that and keeps pressing the issue, lay down the law. If he doesn't stop, get rid of him and get someone better. If he tries forcing it, that's abuse.

Well, think about it this way:

If you wear a really tight shirt, it'll get stretched out, right? All you'd need is a good tumble dry and it's almost as good as new.

Just wait a day or two, and the pain will go away. But any pain after 3 or 4 days, see a doctor.

The soreness will go away in a few days. In the mean time you might try Preparation H, it helps. This has happened with my husband and I and so I know from personal experience how sore you are and what to do.

Is there now or was there ever any bleeding? If so I think I would go to the doctor to make sure there is no tearing.

Painkillers (analgesics), hot baths and an ice pack. If it still hurts a lot after 3 days, see your physician.

Unless you are bleeding, I would not worry about it. You might just be sore for a little while. You'll be all right.
