I've tried to be kind and have been labled otherwise. Labels are pointless. I think they are anyway.

I try to be kind to most people but if you rub me the wrong way,I can get pretty heartless.If someone takes advantage of my good and helpful nature and abuses my friendship and hurts people I care about,I don't play nice.
Sometimes I feel guilty about that but on other occasions I totally don't:)

There is no point in labeling people. We are all different and not everyone is going to get along with each other. So try to be kind if it doesnt work then just eff it. The way i see it if you go out of your way to be kind to someone and you are genuinly true, then why would someone want to label you otherwise?

No, as cynical as I've become over time, I've never become heartless. Now, I like the way you worded the rest of this. Yes, I TRY to be kind to those around me but, sometimes, they just won't accept kindness. Then it's time to leave them alone, if that's possible. When it's not, also over the years, I've learned to be a very proficient SOB.

I'm generally kind...I can be a real pain in the a** when I need to be...but treat most people with respect...Labeling people is sad...I know even tho I have always been giving...some people take that the wrong way...Can't win for loosing sometimes...life goes on...=)
