1)EAT YOUR FOOD AS SLOWLY AS POSSIBLE.this makes your hunger die & also u can eat as well.believe it i'v tried it myself too.since u eat a small quantity of food regularly u won't fall sick.
2)drink as much water as possible.especially before starting your food,just have a glass of water.
NEVER TRY OUT ANY KIND OF ARTIFICIAL WAYS OF SHAPING YOUR BODY,coz it WILL have some adverse effect on your body now or some time later in your life.

Don't stop Eating. that will only decrease Your Metabolic Rate, and You'll have an even Harder Time trying to lose Weight. As for Supplements, most tend to Increase Blood Pressure.Not Good! Chromium Picolinate will help somewhat for Weight Loss. the best thing for Weight Loss,and Firming Skin is to Eat lots of Fruits and Vegetables. And, Drink lots of Water.Hot Spices, like Jalapeno Peppers will accelerate Metabolism, and Suppress Appetite. Fat Greasy Fried Meat will do just the Opposite.As a Substitute, I like Morningstar Brand Veggie Burgers on Toasted Whole Wheat Buns.Also, Veggie Sausage. And Broccoli/Spinach. When I Quit Smoking, I really started to put on Weight. This is what worked for Me. Hope this Helps !

dont stop eating. just maintain a healthy diet because over and under eating is not good. anyway, you can use Avon's firming lotion to firm your skin as you thin-out. but then i advise you not to knock-out your appetite coz it may lead you into further trouble. if you want you can seek a professional help you know

drink lots and lots of water. I dont know of any supplement that will totally knock out the appetite. You really do need to nourish the body!! It will give out on you in time if you dont.

There's a diet pill called Farenheit, and it is AWESOME. It takes away appetite, and boosts metabolism. But ya still gotta eat. Have a half of a sandwich or something when you take them, or else you'll dry heave, and that's not too fun.

most skin firmers don't work. Actually I don't think any of them work. You need to ask your doctor what your ideal weight should be. Cut out sugary sodas and other sugary drinks. Drink skim milk, fruit juice [real], and water. I also recommend Weight Watchers. It sets a healthy goal weight.

HELLO? You can't STOP eating,,,you have to eat to feed your body, etc. But you can eat healthy food and not junk, and toss in some exercise and walking and you'll be fine. Forget the supplements,,,,be natural.

If you want to lose weight, learn how to eat healthy and correctly.
Dont starve yourself! You might be thin, but your body is too weak to fight sickness or do anything athletic!

Drink lots and lots of water...But not too much..If your sodium level becomes too dilluted you will go into a seizure and die.
