Emu eggs and wallaby steak. And instead of having cars, everyone has a pet Kangaroo and we just jump in their pouches and go every where we need to. Oh and there aren't any dogs or cats in Australia, instead we keep Koalas and Frilled Neck Lizard.

There are a wide range of foods available in Sydney. Australia is a very multicultural country and there are restaurants for most cultures ranging from Indian, Asian, Turkish, Italian, Japanese down to the normal fast food restaurants like McDonalds, Pizza Hut and Hungry Jacks and don't forget Vegetarian. Most of the foods available are the same as in the US but the variety is not as great. We do not have as many fast food restaurants as in the US - sadly no IHOP, Jack in Box or Chick-fil-A, Some food items taste different like our bacon (which is also shaped different) and our bread than that the US. Some of us also eat Vegemite which is a Beef extract spread that can also be used in cooking. I always get a good laugh at the menu from the Outback restaurant when in the US.

Just about anything you want to!! We have an amazing range of fresh produce, locally sourced ,from seafood to every vegetable under the Sun,poultry and meat. We also eat ,in smaller amounts.kangaroo, crocodile,emu and possum.
Of course we have the usual influence of Italian,Greek and every Asian Cuisine imaginable!!
You should come over and try it sometime.........you would love the scenery too!!
